Minimum Annual Spend*
To remain as an active Partner, we require businesses to maintain a minimum annual spend* of $5,000 at exclusive partner cost.
Partner Eligibility*
Partner accounts are available to approved, active businesses that complete onboarding and maintain verified billing information on file.

We set up each partner account with clear billing terms, verified payment details, and structured monthly support.
*Partner Program terms and conditions apply. Partner accounts are subject to approval and are available to active, registered businesses only. Vacant Eye Digital may require proof of business registration, a valid New Jersey Business Registration Certificate or equivalent state documentation, completed onboarding materials, and verified billing information prior to account activation.
Approved partners are required to maintain a minimum annual spend of $5,000 at partner pricing, with a minimum order amount of $500. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all invoices are due Net 30 from the invoice date. A valid bank account and credit card must remain on file for approved billing, monthly account activity, deposits, and outstanding balances.
Certain projects may require a deposit prior to scheduling, production, or project start. Deposit requirements will be reviewed before approval and may apply to custom projects, production services, special orders, rush requests, or services not included in the standard pricing guide. Late payments, failed payments, incomplete billing information, account inactivity, or failure to meet Partner Program requirements may result in late fees, account hold, paused project activity, removal of partner pricing, account review, suspension, or account closure. Vacant Eye Digital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any partner account at its discretion. Any outstanding balance remains due regardless of account status or partner eligibility.
